Select Windows Settings

Select Network & Internet

Select VPN

Select Add a VPN

Enter or select in the Add a VPN Window the following: 

1. VPN Provider; Windows Built-in 
   
2. Connection Name; [Logical name of your VPN connection] 
   
3. Server name or address; [fill in your provided Server name or address] 
   
4. Select VPN type; LPTP/IPSec 
   
5. Pre-shared key: [fill in your provided Pre-shared key] 
   
6. Type of Sign-in info; [Select User name and password] 
   
7. User name:  [fill in your provided user name] 
   
8. Password:  [fill in your provided Password] 
   
9. You can remember your sign-in info 
   
10. Select Save

Select Status in the Network & Internet window

Select Network and Sharing Center and change adapter settings 

Select your VPN WAN adapter in this example VPN-USG and choose properties with right mouse button

In the VPN Proterties window choose networking and choose YCP/IP4

Select Properties and select Advanced

In Advanced TCP/IP Setting Unselect the Use default gateway on remote network select box

Choose in all the screens OK and closing the windows to come back to the Netwerk & Internet window VPN

Select your VPN connection and choose Connect. The status will change to connected

You can reach the desired IP address in the remote network. When work is done please select Disconnect
